Carton Cloud Integration via Hykmah Framework

Carton Cloud integration is available through Hykmah's integration framework via custom configuration. Because Carton Cloud is a multi-tenant 3PL platform where each operator configures their own warehouse, locations, and product catalogue independently, the integration requires setup specific to your 3PL account, warehouse layout, and order routing rules.

Our implementation team works with you — and your 3PL operator where needed — to configure the connection from confirmed scope to go-live. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks.

Potential integration capabilities:

Orders confirmed in Hykmah (from Orderlink B2B or retail channels) sent to your Carton Cloud 3PL as pick-and-pack instructions automatically — no manual order transfer or email chains to the warehouse
Inventory updates returned to Hykmah StockWise when Carton Cloud receives stock (GRN), picks orders, or completes a stocktake
Tracking references and despatch confirmations returned to the originating Hykmah order record when Carton Cloud generates consignment labels
Order routing rules configured for multi-warehouse or multi-3PL scenarios
