Common Questions About Pricing

How does Hykmah pricing work?

Hykmah has two pricing models. For products (Operon, Stockwise, etc.), pricing is published — Free ($0), Professional ($50/month), Premium ($350/month), or Enterprise (custom). Your tier controls how many products you can access and your platform limits. For custom solutions (integrations, portals, workflows), pricing is scoped and quoted to your requirements.

What’s included in the free tier?

The free tier gives you access to 1 product with core features, 100 records, and 100 transactions per month. What’s included varies by product — for example, Operon Free includes job management, quoting, invoicing, and accounting sync for up to 30 jobs/month. See individual product pages for full free tier details.

Can I use multiple products on one subscription?

Yes. Professional ($50/month) includes up to 2 products. Premium ($350/month) includes up to 5. Enterprise includes all products. There are no extra fees for adding a product within your tier limit.

Are there per-user fees?

It depends on the product. Operon includes unlimited users on all paid tiers. Stockwise includes a set number of users per tier with the option to add more. Check individual product pages for user inclusions.

Do you offer annual billing?

Contact our team for annual billing options and any applicable discounts.

Is all pricing in AUD?

Yes. All Hykmah pricing is in Australian Dollars. No currency fluctuation risk for Australian businesses.

What if I need both products and custom work?

Start with products today and add custom solutions when you’re ready — or start with a custom project and adopt products along the way. Same platform, same data. Many customers begin with a product and later engage us for integrations or portal work as their business grows.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Can I switch tiers at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
