A StockWise order is confirmed. Hykmah calls the Australia Post rates API using weight, dimensions, origin postcode, and destination postcode.

Shipment Created & Label Printed

On fulfilment, Hykmah creates the shipment in Australia Post and retrieves a pre-paid label PDF. Staff print and apply — no login to MyPost Business required.

Tracking Updates Automatically

Hykmah polls the Australia Post tracking API every 15 minutes. Status updates appear in the order timeline and trigger customer notification emails.

Rate calculation errors at checkout

Products missing weight or dimensions in StockWise, or warehouse postcode not mapped correctly.

Fix: Verify all products have weight and dimensions set in StockWise. Check the warehouse postcode is correctly mapped in Settings → Warehouses.

Label generation fails

Invalid delivery address postcode, insufficient account balance, or API key has read-only permissions.

Fix: Ensure the delivery address has a valid Australian postcode. Check your account has sufficient balance. Verify the API key has write permissions, not read-only.

Tracking not updating

Tracking typically activates 2–4 hours after lodgement — allow time before checking.

Fix: Confirm the tracking number was saved correctly at despatch. Australia Post tracking typically activates 2–4 hours after lodgement. Check integration status is active at Settings → Integrations → Australia Post.

Negotiated eParcel rates not appearing

MyPost Business API key used instead of eParcel API credentials.
