Contact matching not configured to use email as primary key, or contacts in Hykmah have no email address populated.

Fix: Verify contact matching is set to email at Settings → HubSpot → Contact Matching. Ensure all Hykmah customer records have a valid email address. Use HubSpot's merge tool to consolidate any existing duplicates.

HubSpot deals not being created from Hykmah transactions

Deal pipeline not configured, Hykmah transaction type not mapped to a deal stage, or HubSpot plan does not include deals.

Fix: Check pipeline configuration at Settings → HubSpot → Deal Settings. Verify the Hykmah transaction types (order, job, subscription) are mapped to a HubSpot pipeline and stage. Confirm your HubSpot plan includes deal management (requires Starter or higher).

HubSpot workflows not triggering from Hykmah events

HubSpot plan does not include workflows (requires Professional or higher), or workflow enrolment trigger not configured correctly in HubSpot.

Bi-directional sync not enabled, or HubSpot webhook to Hykmah not active.

Fix: Verify bi-directional sync is enabled at Settings → HubSpot → Sync Direction. Check the HubSpot webhook configuration at Settings → HubSpot → Webhooks and confirm Hykmah's endpoint URL is registered and active.
