Connect Amazon Seller Central

In Hykmah, navigate to Settings → Integrations → Marketplaces and click "Connect Amazon". You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central for SP-API authorisation.

Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account
Review and approve SP-API permissions (inventory, orders, products)
Select the marketplaces to connect (AU, US, UK, etc.)
Confirm successful connection in Hykmah

Does Hykmah support Amazon FBA?

Yes. StockWise tracks both FBA stock (held at Amazon fulfilment centres) and FBM stock (held in your own warehouses) separately. Configure which products are FBA, FBM or hybrid and StockWise displays correct available quantities for each fulfilment method.

Can I connect multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts?

Yes. Each Amazon Seller Central account counts as one sales channel in your Hykmah tier. Professional tier includes 2 channels, Premium includes 8. Separate AU and US accounts each require one channel slot.

Does the integration work for Amazon AU and international marketplaces?

Yes. Supports Amazon AU, Amazon US, Amazon UK, Amazon Japan and other SP-API marketplaces. Each connects separately with independent stock pools and pricing rules.

How does Hykmah handle Amazon product variants?

StockWise maps product variants to Amazon parent/child ASIN relationships. Each variant (size, colour, etc.) is tracked individually with separate inventory levels configured during setup.

What happens when the same product sells simultaneously on Amazon and Shopify?

StockWise uses stock reservation. The first order received reserves the stock. When inventory reaches zero, both Amazon and Shopify listings update to out-of-stock immediately, preventing overselling on either channel.

Is there a cost for the Amazon integration?

No. The Amazon integration is included in Hykmah Professional ($50/month AUD), Premium ($350/month) and Enterprise tiers at no additional cost. No per-transaction fees, sync volume limits or marketplace surcharges.

Listing suppression on Amazon

Amazon suppresses listings when required fields are missing, images do not meet specifications, or pricing violates Amazon's fair pricing policy.

Fix: Check Manage Inventory in Seller Central for suppressed listings. Ensure all required product attributes are populated in StockWise. Verify product images meet Amazon's minimum resolution requirements.

Inventory discrepancies between StockWise and Amazon

FBA inventory reconciliation lag, pending FBA transfers counted differently, or initial sync run before stocktake was complete.

Fix: Run manual FBA inventory reconciliation from Settings → Amazon → Sync FBA Inventory. Compare StockWise FBA quantity to Amazon's inventory report. Trigger a full stock sync after reconciliation.

Amazon orders not importing to StockWise

SP-API authorisation expired, order import filter excluding certain marketplaces, or webhook connection interrupted.

Fix: Check API connection status at Settings → Amazon → Connection Status. Reconnect if expired. Verify order import filters include all relevant marketplaces. Import missing orders manually from the sync logs view.

ASIN matching issues — products not linked

SKU formats differ between StockWise and Amazon Seller Central, or product was created after initial mapping was configured.

Fix: Navigate to Integrations → Amazon → Product Mapping to manually link unmatched products. Ensure StockWise SKUs match Amazon Seller SKUs exactly (case-sensitive). New products require manual ASIN mapping if auto-match fails.
