Log in to your eBay Seller account

eBay listing won't publish from StockWise

Required eBay item specifics are missing, product category is incorrect, or eBay listing policy conditions are not met (e.g. missing UPC/EAN for certain categories).

Fix: Check listing errors in Integrations → eBay → Sync Logs. Add any missing item specifics in StockWise product attributes. Verify the correct eBay category is mapped and all required fields are populated

Stock levels on eBay are incorrect after sync

Initial sync run before StockWise stocktake was complete, buffer stock not configured, or wrong warehouse included in eBay availability calculation.

Fix: Complete a stocktake in StockWise. Navigate to Integrations → eBay → Sync Stock Now for a manual resync. Verify which warehouses contribute to eBay availability in sync settings.

eBay orders not appearing in StockWise

eBay OAuth token expired, order import configured to pull only certain order statuses, or API polling interval delayed.

Fix: Check connection status at Settings → eBay → Connection Status. Reconnect if token expired. Verify order import settings include the correct trigger status (Paid recommended). Manually import recent orders from sync logs if needed.

Duplicate products created in StockWise from eBay import

SKU or eBay item number mismatch, or products imported before existing StockWise products were mapped.

Fix: Use the product mapping tool at Integrations → eBay → Product Mapping to link duplicates to existing StockWise products. Delete duplicates after mapping and re-enable sync with matched products only.
