Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions

Products not syncing to BigCommerce

BigCommerce API token missing required product scope, required product fields not populated in StockWise, or SKU contains unsupported characters.

Fix: Verify API token has Products read/write scope in BigCommerce API settings. Check sync logs for specific field errors. Ensure all required StockWise product fields are populated. SKUs must be alphanumeric without special characters.

Inventory levels incorrect in BigCommerce after sync

Initial sync run before StockWise stocktake was complete, buffer stock not configured, or warehouses mapped incorrectly to BigCommerce locations.

Fix: Complete a StockWise stocktake. Trigger manual resync at Integrations → BigCommerce → Sync Stock Now. Verify warehouse-to-location mapping in sync settings is correct.

BigCommerce orders not importing to StockWise

Webhook subscription expired, order import filter excluding certain statuses, or API token not including Orders scope.

Fix: Check webhook status at Settings → BigCommerce → Connection Status. Reconnect if webhooks show inactive. Verify API token includes Orders read scope. Check order import filters include the correct order statuses (Awaiting Fulfilment recommended).

B2B pricing not updating in BigCommerce price lists

B2B Edition price list IDs not mapped in Hykmah, or price list sync not enabled for specific customer groups.

Fix: Navigate to Integrations → BigCommerce → B2B Pricing Settings. Map each StockWise customer price level to the corresponding BigCommerce price list ID. Enable price list sync and trigger a manual price sync.
