Products not syncing to BigCommerce
BigCommerce API token missing required product scope, required product fields not populated in StockWise, or SKU contains unsupported characters.
Fix: Verify API token has Products read/write scope in BigCommerce API settings. Check sync logs for specific field errors. Ensure all required StockWise product fields are populated. SKUs must be alphanumeric without special characters.
Inventory levels incorrect in BigCommerce after sync
Initial sync run before StockWise stocktake was complete, buffer stock not configured, or warehouses mapped incorrectly to BigCommerce locations.
Fix: Complete a StockWise stocktake. Trigger manual resync at Integrations → BigCommerce → Sync Stock Now. Verify warehouse-to-location mapping in sync settings is correct.
BigCommerce orders not importing to StockWise
Webhook subscription expired, order import filter excluding certain statuses, or API token not including Orders scope.
