Common Issues & Solutions

WooCommerce connection failing in Hykmah

WooCommerce REST API blocked by WordPress security plugin, incorrect API credentials, or site using HTTP instead of HTTPS.

Fix: Ensure your WooCommerce store uses HTTPS. Check if security plugins (Wordfence, iThemes Security) are blocking REST API requests — whitelist Hykmah IP ranges. Verify Consumer Key and Secret are copied exactly without trailing spaces.

Stock levels incorrect in WooCommerce after sync

WooCommerce native stock management still enabled, conflicting with StockWise. Or initial sync run before StockWise stocktake was complete.

Fix: Disable WooCommerce native stock management at WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory (uncheck "Enable stock management"). Complete a StockWise stocktake and trigger a manual resync.

WooCommerce orders not importing to StockWise

Webhook delivery failing due to caching plugin or CDN, order import filter excluding the relevant order status, or API key lacking Orders read scope.

Fix: Check Hykmah sync logs for webhook delivery errors. Flush WordPress/WooCommerce cache. Ensure API key has Read/Write scope. Verify order import filter includes Processing and/or Completed status.

Product variants not syncing correctly

Variable product structure in WooCommerce doesn't match StockWise variant structure, or variations are missing SKUs.

Fix: Ensure every WooCommerce product variation has a unique SKU assigned. In StockWise, verify product variants match the WooCommerce variation structure. Re-map via Integrations → WooCommerce → Product Mapping for any variations showing as unmapped.
