Common Issues & Solutions

Inventory levels not updating on Catch

API key invalid or expired, product SKU not mapped to a Catch listing, or StockWise product has no stock quantity set.

Fix: Verify the Catch API key is current at Settings → Integrations → Catch. Check product mapping at Integrations → Catch → Product Mapping. Ensure mapped StockWise products have quantity values set.

Catch orders not importing to Hykmah

Order import polling interval, Catch API connectivity issue, or order import filter excluding certain order statuses.

Fix: Check Hykmah sync logs at Settings → Integrations → Catch → Sync History. Verify the Catch API key has order read access. Orders typically import within 5 minutes of placement — check the most recent sync timestamp.

Tracking numbers not posting to Catch

Order not linked to a Catch order ID in Hykmah, or despatch event not triggering the tracking sync.

Fix: Verify the Catch order is correctly imported and linked at Orders → Catch Orders in Hykmah. Ensure the order is marked as Despatched (not just Packed) to trigger the tracking sync. Check sync logs for any tracking push errors.

Products showing as unmatched after initial setup

SKU formats differ between StockWise and Catch listings, or products were created in Catch after initial mapping.

Fix: Navigate to Integrations → Catch → Product Mapping to manually link unmatched products. Standardise SKUs across both systems where possible. New Catch listings added after setup require manual mapping.
